Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

For this refund we will generally use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

If you expressly requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount for the services already provided up to the point of withdrawal.

For a service, the right of withdrawal may expire early where the statutory conditions for this are met, in particular where the service has been provided in full and you had expressly consented to the service beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
